Here is a perl script that reads an Outlook CSV contact list (the kind exported by GMail) and writes equivalent mutt aliases.
I wrote it several months back when I was getting rid of GMail for good, and needed to fetch my contact list (which, at that time, could only be exported in the Outlook or Google CSV formats) into mutt. It appears that since then GMail has begun additionally exporting in the vCard format as well.
